Reporting Process

All grants received from the Telematics Trust must be acquitted within three months of the project ending or twelve months after funding is received, whichever occurs soonest. If the project extends beyond twelve months, ongoing six-monthly progress reports are required until completion of the project.

Grantees are required to submit a short report on the long-term contribution to the state of Victoria three years from when the grant was approved, with at least one accompanying image suitable for use by the Telematics Trust on its website, social media or publications.
