Expressions of interest for the 2026 Supporting Education Through Innovative Technology Grant Round will open on on Monday 30 March 2026 and close on 5pm AEST on Thursday 30 April 2026.
Video Requirements
Applicants are required to submit a 1-2 minute video explaining the project. In the video, please introduce yourselves, explain what you are doing and why, and tell us anything else you want us to know about your organisation. Clearly summarise your project by responding to the following questions:
What are the educational and learning benefits of this project for Victoria and Victorians
What is the technology you will use and why is this innovative
What experience do you or your organisation have to ensure the success of this project?
Please note: This is your chance to stand out and be noticed. Use this opportunity to discuss your point of difference and experience as well as the benefits of your project.
University applicants
Please contact the advancement or research office before applying to check your eligibility. We will only accept one application per School or Department.

All EOIs must be submitted in full by 5pm AEST on Thursday 30 April 2026. Any incomplete applications or applications received after 5pm will be treated as ineligible. Applications received through email, mail or any other means will not be accepted

STEP 1
Read the guidelines above to ensure your project or activity meets the objectives. You can download the guidelines here and preview the application here.
STEP 2
Register for the Australian Communities Foundation Grants Portal. If you already have an account through Australian Communities Foundation, please use your existing username and password. Make sure to note your username and password as you will be able to save and continue the form at a later date.
STEP 3
Log into the system and apply for a grant. If the application does not display automatically, you may need to click the Apply button in the top left of the dashboard and enter the access code: TT2025.
STEP 4
Don’t forget to submit your application before the closing date.
